Not Returnable Items

Connectivas.com is bind by law, ALL UNDERWEAR AND SWIMWEAR are excluded from our general return policy. Any underwear or swimwear returned to us will be discarded by Connectivas and or your vendor and NO refunds or exchanges will be issued, regardless of condition or packaging. No exceptions.

Connectivas.com support its vendors in regards to this term at 100%. This term is executed by obvious reasons; solely to protect your health and others.

If you are not happy with your purchase, return the unworn, unwashed, with labels intact item in its original condition within 10 business days after being received, you may request an exchange or a refund with your vendor; therefore you will be bind to their own terms. Your vendor may provide you with a store credit, less shipping costs and a 15% restocking fee. All returns must be sent via UPS, FedEx, registered mail, or any other delivery service that can track a package, and requires our signature upon delivery. Note that YOU the customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with exchanges unless otherwise stated...in cases where your vendor has sent an incorrect size, an incorrect or damaged item.

If you request an exchange that is lower in value than the returned item(s), the differences will be credited back to the credit card used in the original transaction. If you request a replacement(s) of higher value, the difference will be charged to the credit card used in the original transaction. Items requested for exchanges may be out of stock; it is your Vendor's responsibility to resolve this with their best intent and discretion.

Please note that CONNECTIVAS.COM does not permit the return or exchange of the following items:

    Sale items purchased at a reduced price
    Underwear
    Swimwear
    Loungewear that has been worn, washed, or tags removed

To begin a return process please  alwayss contact your Vendor first. Your vendor should create a returrn authorization(RMA) before they can accept your order.

Please include the Return/Exchange Form we will issue you, completely filled out with your order number, the date the order was delivered to you with billing and shipping contact information, quantity number of each item being returned, item name, type option (size), single item price, total price of returned items, and a brief description of what the problem is with the merchandise... submit this information to your  vendor.
